Começou a "migração dos pássaros" (the "bird migration" has begun)!

Português: Pois eh...aproveitei o feriado e já deixei o S10 em LEM.
O Dimas levou pra mim de BBD a Formosa e daí saímos para LEM.
Como o Dimas atrasou um pouco, e com isto decolamos na rabeira dos planadores de Formosa, que estavam fazendo uma prova local.
Eu estava preocupado de chegar em LEM  e dar de cara com aquel hangar  fechado e eu tentei ligar para o Franciose, mas só dava cx postal. Eu ainda tinha que decolar para SP antes do por do sol em LEM.
Então motorei 1 hora ate o traves de Posse onde a rota encontra o chapadão.
Ai foi só alegria....mesmo no azul, muitas térmicas de 5m/s, um punhado de dusty devils pra todo lado.
Mesmo pesado, com tanques cheios e 2 a bordo, o S10 andou bem, e foi uma babada chegar em LEM.
No IGC anexo, apos 1:04 de vôo, começa o vôo planado.
Cheguei em LEM e algumas boas novas. A pista foi recapada...o hangar quase vazio...de quebra estava la esperando, aquele senhor que tem aquele J3...boa praça, ajudou muito e disse que espera todos nos em LEM na outra semana.
Bom, pessoal, animem-se !
Bechelli, leve o BVD, vamos la ! gente com carteira tem aos montes...balancear a hélice é moleza tb.
Bueno, libere logo o S10 do Shigeno...
Vamos colocar toda a frota no ar !

English: I made use of the holiday and flew the Stemme over to LEM.  Dimas brought it over from SBBD to Formosa and from there we left towards LEM.  Since Dimas was a little late, we had to wait for all of the gliders that were aligned for a competition task to take off first.  I was worried about getting to LEM late and finding the hangar locked, so I tried calling Francoise but could only reach her voice mail - I also had to take-off from LEM back to São Paulo before night fall!

We then took off and motored our way until close to Posse where the plateau begins, and then we shut down the engine.  There were no clouds, but we found plenty of 5m/s thermals and dust devils were everywhere.  Even with full tanks and two on board the S10 cruised effortlessly to LEM!

The attached IGC file depicts the gliding as of 1:04 of the track record.

At LEM we found some good news:  new tarmac on the runway, a nearly empty hangar and an old friend who owns a J3 and said they would be waiting for us next week!

So common folks!  Get your act together!

Bechelli, get the BVD over there!  There are lots of pilots available and getting that prop balanced will not be an issue!

Bueno, get Shigeno´s S10 ready!
